6. Anyone under the age of 25 must have a cosigner with an approved application.
(If you did not have an answer we are looking for, with the exception of the #5, we can take special circumstances into consideration, such as: medical bills, student loans...)
Anyone over the age of 18 living in the property will have to fill out an application. There is a $50 application fee for each adult.
